Branding
The Brand Identity Development process is all about your brand’s look and feel (all the pretty eye candy). If you’ve got an amazing brand concept but need the visuals to match, this service is for you!
We will take you through our step by step process and work alongside you to create a custom brand identity and strategy that your customers (and you!) will come to know and love. Whether you already have a concept in mind or are starting from square one, this service is just what you need to take your business to the next level.

Inspiration
Each of our experiences begin with a one-on-one strategy session that will allow us to learn more about your business, and what sets you apart.

Creation
This is where it starts to come together! After going through the strategy and inspiration of Week 1, we start to bring everything together and you get to start seeing the visuals begin to form!

Finishing Up
Now it's time to wrap up your visual brand! We are going to take everything we've worked on for the past two weeks and wrap it up in a neat little bow!

We work with you to create strategically designed custom website and digital homes that highlight you and your biz in order to get more eyes on the prize and dollars in your pockets.

week 1
Site Strategy
Time to get to work! This is where we officially kick off the web design portion of The Bespoke Experience and we take everything we did in the branding portion and start putting together the strategy of your website foundation. By the end of this week we will have completed the following deliverables:
- research & discovery
- website wireframe
- website content delivery
week 2
Website Mockup
First things first! In order to build your site to your liking, we've got to mock this bad boy up! Once we've received your content and gone over the initial wireframe with you, we will create a full (to scale) site mockup so that you can know EXACTLY what your completed site will look like before we develop anything. This gives us the opportunity to make any design changes and adjustments before moving it over to your website platform and drastically speeds up the building time!
week 3
Revision Week
Week 3 is a placeholder week for any necessary revisions needed for your website mockup. This is also a placeholder week to pinpoint any missing content that may not have been turned in Week 1 and was discovered during the Week 2 mockup design. In the event that there are no changes needed from the initial mockup and all content was turned in during Week 1, then the timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
week 4
Homepage Build
The time has come to start development! In Week 4 we will be setting up your website with all of your brad settings as well as building out your homepage. When doing the homepage build we will be incorporating any movement, transitions, and effects that we may have discussed during the mockup stage in Week 2 and presenting them to you to ensure that you want us to carry these effects throughout the remainder of the site.
week 6
Site Review
We're almost there! Once your site build has been completed, our team will be doing an internal site review to test all of your buttons, check all of the links, etc. to make sure everything is working. Then, once we have confirmed everything on our end, we will send a preview link to the site to you to check as well with an accompanying loom video walking you through your shiny new website. This will be your chance to point out to us if you want any tweaks or adjustments to your site before we make it live!
week 7
Launch Prep
This week is all about launch prep! Our team will be busy working behind the scenes creating your custom site tutorials so that you can easily update your site in the future. They will be providing you with branded launch graphics to announce your new brand and website. They will be attaching your domain, connecting your SSL certificate and making sure you are all ready to be up and running in time for launch next week!

QUESTIONS
Each project is unique and as such timelines will differ depending on the number of pages, type of website, whether it is an ecommerce or membership site, etc. That being said, the following is a rough estimate for each stage of the project: Branding (2-3 weeks), Web Design (8-12 week), Collateral Design (depends on the scope)
Once your contract is signed and your initial invoice is paid, we will schedule a design strategy session where you will be assigned your first piece of homework consisting of your Pinterest assignment as well as filling out a branding questionnaire. These will count as your official project start pieces and your timeline will begin from there.
You are able to pick your platform of choice (Wordpress, Showit 5, Shopify or Squarespace)! During our discovery call, we will go through the needs of your project (are you selling products, creating a membership site, running a blog, etc.) and I will offer you my platform suggestion based on that conversation. If you already have a platform in mind or we are giving a current site a facelift, we will discuss that as well!
If the Bespoke Experience is outside of your budget, I can definitely offer you something on a smaller scale and with a lower budget amount. We offer a Bespoke Mini option that has semi-custom design solutions at a fraction of the cost that still gives that custom look and feel. You can check that package out HERE!
I specialize in working with online entrepreneurs who are looking to share their story online in service of others. This means I work with Coaches, Bloggers (Food, Yoga, Wellness), Authors, Speakers, Artists, Digital Influencers, Registered Dietitians, Chefs, Therapists, Lawyers and basically *anyone* building a brand online.
I am in the studio Monday – Thursday between 9am – 3pm PST and by appointment only on Friday between 9am and noon PST. Saturday I am typically working on client projects but not available via email and Sunday I reserve for family time only. I am big on finding harmony between my personal and professional life but do my best to be readily available during these times.
I am a huge HUUUGE fan of Asana and use it to manage all of my projects from start to finish. When your project kicks off, you will be invited to a private board (don't worry - it's free!) that is specific to you and your project where you will be able to be kept up to date of the status of your project in real time.
ABSOLUTELY! When I send your initial invoice you will have the option to either pay it in full or pay via monthly installment depending on whatever works better for your budget. Depending on the size and scope of your project I offer 2, 3, or 4 month payment plan options. Just remember that final payment must be received before any design files are delivered or your site goes live!
Absolutely! You can see some examples of past collateral design here and here. These items are typically billed out at an hourly investment of $175/hr unless it is ongoing work in which case we can definitely discuss a retainer option! Depending on the scope of the project, there is typically a four week waiting period from deposit payment to your project start date. The good news is that gives you plenty of time to do your homework and prepare for the branding process! Contact me to find out more information about availability!
